Two rear-end crashes occurred on July 15 that injured two individuals on Minnesota roads.
In one rash, 62-year-old Claire D. Nolt was injured when the car she was driving on Highway 56 was rear-ended by a truck driven by 40-year-old Chad H. Haas of Hector, according to the report filed by the Minnesota State Patrol.
Nolt was taken to the Mayo Clinic in Austin with injuries that were reported as not being life-threatening. Haas was not injured in the 12:30 p.m. crash.
At 3:16 p.m., 48-year-old Soeum Cheak of Rochester was driving an SUV that was hit from behind by an SUV driven by 43-year-old Roland J. Luce, also of Rochester. Both of them were heading southbound around Lake City on U.S. 63.
Cheak was taken to the May Clinic in Lake City with non-life-threatening injuries, while Luce was not believed to have any injury, according to the report from the State patrol.
The conditions of Nolt and Cheak were not later made available.
