Michael P. Garvey graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. He is a 2000 graduate of Marquette University Law School, and is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Mr. Garvey dedicates his practice entirely to Workers’ Compensation matters. He has been in the Workers’ Compensation field since 2001. Prior to joining Patterson Dahlberg, Injury Lawyers, Mr. Garvey worked in the insurance industry, handling Workers’ Compensation. Clients can be confident that Mr. Garvey will provide them with honest and realistic legal advice.

Mr. Garvey will work with you to obtain the best outcome possible for your claim, and ensure that you receive the full extent of benefits you are entitled to under the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation system. Mr. Garvey believes every injured worker should receive the counsel of an attorney specializing in Worker’s Compensation so they understand their rights under the law and can be confident they are receiving all the compensation benefits they are due. All consultations are confidential, and there will not be a fee unless you are awarded additional compensation.
