Thomas Patterson, a Rochester native, is a 1982 graduate of Lourdes High School, a 1986 graduate of Regis College in Denver Colorado, and a 1989 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota in October of 1989, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Mr. Patterson has represented injured workers since 1991. In 1995 he limited his practice to workers compensation claims and has exclusively represented injured workers since that time. He does not represent employers or insurance companies. Mr. Patterson has been named a Super Lawyer in the field of Workers’ Compensation by the publication Law and Politics for the past 5 years.

Michael P. Garvey graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. He is a 2000 graduate of Marquette University Law School, and is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Mr. Garvey dedicates his practice entirely to Workers' Compensation matters. He has been in the Workers' Compensation field since 2001. He joined Patterson Dahlberg, Injury Lawyers in December 2007, and since that time has represented a number of injured workers. Prior to joining Patterson Dahlberg, Injury Lawyers, Mr. Garvey worked in the insurance industry, handling Workers' Compensation. Mr. Garvey has benefited from this experience as he has gained valuable knowledge and insight into an insurance company's perspective, which enables him to provide effective representation for his clients.
